My Pledge to You
I will listen to you. I will listen deeply. I will listen actively. And I’ll ask you a lot of questions. So that I truly understand what you’re looking for, what you need and what you desire. As well as what you can afford.
I’ll work to get to know your priorities, your preferences, and even your pet peeves. I’ll inquire about what you’ve liked best, and least, in the homes you’ve lived in before.
By listening, and learning, I’ll be better able to respect your time by showing you only the homes likely to fit you and your budget.
I will listen as well to your concerns, so I am better able to guide you through the process while guarding your interests from the first offer all the way to closing.

The Buying Process
Once you’ve found the home you can see yourself living in, now what? There are several stages of the process you will go through before you can officially call it your own including:
Purchase & Sale Agreement
This document (often called an offer) is the legal contract in which you and the seller outline the details of the property transfer. I will work with to draft your terms of the Purchase & Sale.
Part of the Purchase and Sale Agreement, the inspection gives you an in-depth analysis on the condition of the home and if any repairs may be needed. I can offer several recommendations for qualified inspectors, work with you on your list of priorities and negotiate with seller.
Negotiation between me, as your agent, and the seller’s agent may occur several times throughout the process to give you the most favorable terms of your purchase.
You may already be pre-approved, but now that you’re closer to the actual purchase price, you’ll be working more in-depth with your lender on your final loan approval.
You’ll receive a full report detailing the property history for you and your lender to ensure there are no legal encumbrances between a new owner and the property being purchased.
Once the offer is accepted and a closing date agreed upon, escrow allows the buyer and the seller to have an outside party ensure all parts of the contract are complete. I can help coordinate the completion of all necessary forms to the escrow company and monitor the escrow process until the transaction is complete.
At closing, all the paperwork is signed by the buyer and seller, both parties pay any settlement fees and the documents are officially recorded. Prior to closing, you’ll receive a settlement statement outlining any fees which may apply to you. After closing is finalized and recorded, the home is yours!
