Am I right?
That a show or two at the Shakespeare Festival is already part of your itinerary?
I’d like to suggest adding another activity to your vacation: House shopping.
I humbly offer myself as your guide.
Let me know when you’ll be in town, the times you’ll have available, and the kind of home or land you’re interested in.
If you don’t know a banker here, I’ll have one or more of my favorite mortgage bankers call you to help determine the price range you can afford.
Before you arrive, I’ll research properties that meet your needs; I’ll email you choices and you’ll decide which, if any, interest you. To save your time, I’ll be happy to preview the properties. (You can begin your own online search anytime by clicking here, or going to real estate sites like Realtor.com, Trulia or Zillow.
When you’re in town, I’ll take you around. If you fall in love at first sight, I’ll help you present an immediate offer. If nothing strikes your fancy, I’ll broaden or narrow the search based on what I’ve seen through your eyes. After you’ve gone home, when a new listing comes up, I’ll have it emailed to you directly.
Give me a call. I’ll be happy to help turn your vacation into a homecoming. I look forward to hearing from you.
Rosey
